Talent Acquisition Specialist

Onsite - Boston, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting: Recruit personnel for onsite roles and assist in recruiting roles in  product/engineering as needed. Be prepared to wear different hats, including  onboarding and sourcing candidates.
End-to-End Recruiting: Handle all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, employer  branding, and closing offers in a startup environment with a small HR team.
Offer Negotiation: Manage and negotiate job offers. • Job Listings: Work with hiring managers to create job listings.
Hiring Roadmap: Collaborate on the hiring roadmap with the head of people and  company leadership.
Internal Communication: Oversee benefits, policies, and internal communications.
Candidate Management: Source, interview, and coordinate later rounds, facilitating  smooth onboarding.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar talent acquisition role, particularly in fast growth startups. • Skills: Ability to handle full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Tools: Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, Rippling, Notion, and  Wellfound.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.  Preference for candidates from top schools or with good grades, especially those with  experience at venture-backed startups in the scaling phase.
